What's Actually in a Meesho Shipping PDF
When you download a shipping label from the Meesho Supplier Panel, the PDF contains more than just the label. A typical Meesho PDF includes:
- Shipping label — customer name, delivery address, AWB barcode
- Product details section — item name, SKU, quantity
- Return address block — "If undelivered, return to…"
- Seller information — your store name and contact
The courier (Valmo/Meesho logistics) only needs the top label section. Everything below it is internal paperwork. When you print the full page, it all comes out — making the label look crowded and sometimes causing the label itself to be scaled down.
Why Labels Look "Cut Off" When Printing
The issue isn't that the label is cut off — it's that the printer is scaling the full page to fit A4, which makes the actual label smaller than it should be. Some printers also show the label as running into the footer section because the content is too long for the paper.
